Gandhara was an ancient kingdom in what is now northern Pakistan and eastern Afghanistan
One of the Buddhas of Bamyan, Afghanistan. Two of these monumental Buddhas were built in the sixth century. The Taliban destroyed them in 2001.

    i sew thousand buddah caves in this vedio, we have caves like this in east turkistan (uyghur)

  • Thank you! I found the music on a CD Yo Yo Ma put together on traditional music from along the Silk Road.

    I would love to visit caves like these someday, but for now the closest I can get is by making videos like this.
