my wrists hurt when i'm doing the tricep dips. does this mean i'm going it wrongly?
and should we do this work out routine everyday or every other day? thanks! :)

@meiyann92 No, it is an advanced move so you may have to work your way up. Some people have weaker wrists, too. There are many other movements you can do - this video is just one of million of workouts and not every workout is suitable for each individual. Have a great new year and watch Made Fit TV channel, not this one because I don't update it anymore : ) xo
