this was bullshit.. my friend was in that square and he told me when he told the cop he was just passing by and its stupid for him to stand in the rain... the cop just said the fastest way to get out of here is to surrender yourself!! that is WHY there was a record breaking number of arrest... did they really think black bloc would surrender that easily? its the innocent pedestrians that were freezing their ass off that surrendered.. fucking cops

this was such bullshit, they didnt just question us and let us go, they just stood there with stone faces saying nothing while we asked to call our loved ones or our lawyers, they put all phones and cameras in those evidence, bags which were half full of water. they made us stand in the rain for hours, they put a bunch of people in busses and sent them to the detention centers, but

I hope you canadians will remember your governments actions on these days. a country that seemingly protects, promotes and upholds Human Rights on the world front, yet had NO consideration for it's own citzens. McSquinty, Harper and the Chief of Police should be held accountable for the total violation of Human Rights. Just yesterday Toronto Chief Bill Blair made a public apology on the way the Police handled this situation.

There is a class action lawsuit currently filed for $100,000,000.00 on behalf of 11,000 claimants against the Police force.
