easy way to lube a chain, turn the bike on chuck it in 1st gear let the wheel spin and apply the chain lube to the inner part of the chain then let it run for a few minutes to let the chain lube soak in and do its work so when your zipping around the road or a race track minimal amount of the chain lube come flying off. cheers for the vid though.......
I use the S100 white chain lube...AWESOME stuff. even after arround 400km it still LOOKS clean =)
and ya I agree with you guys...lube the inner parts of the chain. but only with a THIN layer of lube. don't over-lube it. It will just simply fly off and you have a shitload of cleaning to do ;)
I agree. Spray on the inside. That's where the chain and sproket will make contact. Lubing the outside is pointless, it will cause a mess, and just contribute to more dirt getting stuck to the chain.

Looks more like "talking about not so good procedure" to me.
As mentioned below, chains should be lubed from the inside.
