Nice. I did that asking for the Living Water from God and for heaven to be given within... three weeks later it happened.. I only fasted twice a week though while reading the Gospel but after I got that gift (which words can't explain) then I fasted 14 days and other smaller fast. Be well people.

Hi! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate got detailed 6 pack abs and lost a lot of belly fat with it.

I think this is a wise choice to stop here, your energy is feeling very needy here, and I think that is a sign to start eating again. Fasting should not be a struggle... it should be an act of grace.
