Martial Law Drill in Miami(actual footage)

The drill is taking place from West Palm Beach county through Miami-Dade county,as well as Monroe county,which all make up the South Florida metro area.From what I can see,the drill took place in downtown Miami.Nonetheless,its crazy to think that these people want to implement drills like these every year in all the states across the country.

the reason the constitution said " no standing army in time of peace" it was referring to the "Intolorable Act" during the american revolution where british troops would search homes of colonists and tax them on almost everything that the british king did not like/use. also colonists would be forced to rent rooms to british soldiers (with no pay), feed them, clothe them, etc. It was not speaking against an active military because without one, the country would easily be invaded

We teach history in american schools to teach kids so that what happened in history does not repeat it self.
