Hey Martian :) thanks for sharing yr exp, gear & the great area you were in! Every time its windy those tea trees come down. You were lucky. And GB is about 1.5 hours from Lakes Entrance. Anyway! I look forward to more adventures & uploads.

Bloody great video. I do a similar thing in NSW and was in a similar situation 2 weeks ago, lots of lightning and rain. Bit hairy but my hubba kept it out and what a night!

@darkauzziedan Golden beach is at lakes entrance. Google Maps: Golden Beach Victoria Australia and you will see the lakes nearby.

We are at GB on holidays and the weather is perfect. Calm, no wind. Its a great place make sure you visit again

Yes, I've been back again. Golden Beach is one of the few places that allows a fire and I love having a fire at night.
