I think this is a representation of Mankind. We come into this world born into a society in some part of the world (i.e. he was from Ireland). We have aspirations (i.e the man's proffession was an artist). The author tries to depict life as a sense of good vs. evil (i.e. he shows the word "friends" & "enemies"). And he repeats the word fate suggesting some sort of higher force is directing us through life and ultimately to our death. My interpretation of the video is: One's life is fated.

@monkeyspank2 Artist, freinds, enemies, fate, death . I think you could count that to life in a day. IT's not as obivous but it's in there i think....in my opinion
