De acuerdo con algunas notas iniciales de Bruce Lee, su incluido abdominal del diario de los entrenamientos: Torcedura de la cintura - cuatro series de 90 repeticiones. Para asentar para la tapa (sentar-sube) con las torceduras - cuatro series de 20 repeticiones. Subidas de la pierna - cuatro series de 20 repeticiones. Torceduras inclinadas - cuatro series de 50 repeticiones. Retrocesos en la posición de la rana - cuatro series de 50 repeticiones.
