Thanks so much for reading my post & for your comment. The way I see it is he doesn't own the property where he put the pole. And no one has the right to permanently install their things on property they do not own. All he had to do was move it on his own property when they sent him the letter. Then he wouldn't have wasted everyone's tax dollars forcing the crew to take the pole & making the police come out to prevent his wife from climbing up a basketball pole.
