In a night that included Bruce Springsteen, Steve Earl, Odetta, Patty Smith, Joseph Arthur, Josh Ritter Badly drawn boy, Pete Yorn and many others, "Low Stars" perform their 4 part harmony version of "One Step Up".
this is just a harmony version of bruce's original way of playing it. it's very pretty but somehow bruce's just has more depth.he puts so much into his songs they are hard for others to cover.
Would whomever had the video of Odetta doing 57 Channels from this show please take care of whatever issues caused them to pull it -- copyright or whatever -- and repost it. I miss it badly and especially so now that she's gone from us!
Remember the times when harmonies were as great as this. Seldom do you hear the quality in music these days. CSNY,McCartney/Lennon,Poco, good stuff...
