@Lorenshyne.... Romeu plays CDM which is different than Billy who seems to be playing a AM or just CM like Lampard. I've seen a few of these clips and Connor hasn't done anything special hence why he was sent on loan. Billy on the other hand should definitely see some senior games.

I see where you are coming from and you have a good point. But I think its the right choice since he needs some experience of playing English Football before going into the 1st team squad.
