One Year in Sudan: Nonviolent Peaceforce's First Anniversary in Photos

In June 2010, Nonviolent Peaceforce, an international NGO, sent its first team of unarmed civilian peacekeepers to southern Sudan. A year later, we've opened several new field sites, protected election monitors during a controversial referendum, and built relationships among conflicting parties.
