This is my first attempt at a "movie". I just threw together all of my pictures of my little girl Isabella. She is a Belgian/Quarter Horse cross mare. Isabella is my dressage partner and trail riding buddy and I adore her.

@focus9111 one of my favorite vaulting horses ever is a Clyde/QH and Isabella dosn't look anything like her in bone structure. However her facial expressions are sooo belgian mare. (my own horse is a purebread belgian)

She looks nothing like a belgian cross. It looks like Clyde to me. The build and coloring tells me it's clyde. She a PMU?

@flyingtoast007 - In all honesty, she is not registered and I just took the previous owner's word that she was half Belgian and half quarter horse. She is awfully small to be Clydesdale - she's just over 15 hands. But she has a Begian butt. If you compare her to pictures of purebred Belgians you can see the similarity.

Isabella is doing great. We are showing at Training level right now. She turned 15 this year.

No. She isn't a PMU that I know of. I used to think she looked like a Clyde too. Then I found several pictures of Belgians online with almost the exact same color pattern as her, just in the lighter shade of brown typical of Belgians. She's awesome. We have just started jumping.
