  • This is a very good little video... Of course training is necessary--it is the essential function of skill development. Athletes, military etc. The challenge, as articulated here, is to verify its relationship to practice.

  • What a wasted opportunity to actually say something meaningful. Haven't read the book and nothing about the interview made me want to. Strongly doubt this guy delivers any sales related training!

  • The whole purpose of corporate training it to create jobs for the training department (and their contractor friends to write and give courses).

  • The leadership training programs do not do well until they put that theory to work and do actual training, real training, that makes the team a better one. It is probable that the leadership training is more of a check mark issue now where the program gets money while the group goes back to what they did previously. classes are not training, training is training.
