  • I am so interested in all the videos you have done, and I agree completely that diet is the key to a healthy body and mind. We live in society that take drugs from granted, without really thinking do we really need them and can betterl more natural way be found. PLease can you recommend further reading in regards health and nutrition. Are ther C.C.N s in England?, if so please can you recommend anyone.

  • I don't understand what you are saying. I do not know to many people using these word or terms in there daily vocabulary. I would have to get a medical dictionary to keep up with what you are saying. I do understand the idea of trying to treat the problem and not the symptoms. because is you get ride of the problem the systems will no longer be a problem.

  • there's a lot of doctors out there who dont check for jack shit. they do 1 or 2 tests and say take lipitor or take this anti pill. the body is a complex system and you have to rule things out methodically. if only it didn't cost so much : /

  • Wow..... reallly helpfull information here....

  • pinballrobbie, I tried doing some googling about low cholesterol - if it is lifelong, could it be inherited? Other thoughts - 1) get checked for hyperthyroidism, 2) maybe get some manganese supplements, a deficiency could cause this. 3) Get some liver tests too. 4) Another issue that comes up is issues with malabsorption of nutrients, there must be some tests for this. 5) Also, keeping to a healthy weight and getting exercise can help raise "good" cholesterol.

  • Another expert in American opinion!

  • @mdekq007 How about not assuming anything and sticking with what I had said to you in my first comment which was only about acronyms and brand names.

  • @Ersabette I dont mind debating or disagreeing, it keeps thing interesting and yes, your words on this thread, profile plus theatrical/controversial words on seals are all I have to make my assumptions.

  • @mdekq007 Because I disagreed with you I would be her perfect customer? You have based your assumptions of me based on a few words in my profile and jumped to conclusions. Tsk Tsk.
