So is the capital Castletown or Douglas?

@bugstrut It used to be Castletown before the rise of Douglas in Victorian times meant that it was more appropriate for that town to be capital.

@manxfelipe I just found out the news through seeing this post - very sad. He was a lovely man. I had the pleasure of meeting him briefly 25 years ago and I shook his hand and thanked him for making me laugh till I split my sides as a child and an adult.
