She looked much younger in their show in Carnegie Hall at 1962.

wow. i hadn't seen this since it was first broadcast. Julie is unbelievably "on"- Burnett certainly out the best in her. It almost seems impossible that something so well done was done live w/out a long time to break it in on stage. What else was part of this show? -- some ballet thing (where Julie looked fabulous, and Carol was an aging ballerina on her 1569th farewell tour); Julie had another knockout solo song (what was that...), and I can't recall what else.

They did one skit where carol was playing the cello and Julie the violin. I think the ballet part was called "Madam Abernell and the Passion of the Gods". Julie's solo song was "He's gone away". then the 60's medley. then this was their closing number.
