REMOVE THE INVERTER BOARD AND CLEAN THE SQUARE COPPER THING IN THE CORNERS, MAKE IT BRIGHT AND USE A LOCKTITE ON SCREWS AND THIS WILL FIX THAT PROBLEM...

Its not just philips tv sets, I have a Philips BDP2500, and it cuts out exactly the same as in this video :S
