our)This is a small tribute to the king Of The Buskers: Don Partridge and his farewell send off. We had a great one man band opening comprising Of Chucklefoot and his partner Stompie on tea chest base, Alan Young on banjo, Woody Woodham doing a great rendition of San Francisco Bay Blues, Vic Ellis rigged out and getting into the spirit... looking almost caricature, not sure who the guy with jewsharp is. A brief shot of Don's wonderfully decorated casket being carried into the chapel carried by his family to the tune of scotish bagpipes, Look out for a top jolly musical wake afterwards at the bray tree hotel in Seaford and especially a brilliant tribute by Chucklefoot (Rog Butler} and his song Troubadour which he wrote especially for Don only two weeks prior to the funeral, a great tune that is still going round in my head even now, it should be released, the guy is a pure musician and gives so much of himself, i believe these buskers are the salt of the earth brightening this planet with their great street entertainment. The video is finished with a sing along with Alan Young and his twirling sausage.
