They may not initially be malicious, however, when they are stolen, which apparantly they are , (I assume due to lack of expertise by whomever is designing and installing them, &/or the servers, or other reasons), I would guess these cookies become malicious.

Hello Matt, Well I am using Google Chrome as my default browser. when i connect to the internet, a series(may be 85 to 90 of them) of Internet Explorers pop up suddenly. They freeze my computer nd I've to restart again. On scanning, my antivirus told me that those are the tracking cookies... Please help me to get rid of them. Thanks in advance :)
