Eto'o is much better than Zlatan dunno why Guardiola the moron changed Eto'o for Zlatan and payed an extra 40,000,000 euros. Eto'o in season 08-09 was 2nd best scorer and Ibra now is at the bottom.

Nor Eto or Villa can hold their team upon their shoulders. And Villa should prey every night that the team he plays for is Spain and not Sweden. Swedens second best player Toivonen isn't even in the top 250 ranks. Nevertheless Ibra has produced 30 goals for Sweden

We all now that Villas scoring and assist ratio is lower the Ibras in all of the tournaments Barça played in. Don't forget that Villa has also been subbed and taken of play more frequently then Ibra in all of the tournaments but still maintained more minutes on the pitch due to Ibras injuries.

Then again I can't help but think that Messi wasn't involved in the decision of Ibras leave. Guardiola should have been more frank about his intentions. Messi had to much leeway and a bit self-centered ego. Villa has gladly taken the role of being his punching bag. With new players coming to Barça Villas time is up for debate.

I think the blow came the same time as the presidential election, Rosell was certainly not a fan of Laporta or any other player he had purchased. Ibras bad luck came at the cost of many things one of those things was that Ibra wasn't a spaniard. Laporta wouldn't have sold Zlatan.

Ibra had to many roles in Inter, at Barça I think he felt a bit cornered. But I think it based on the change Guardiola made for him. For the first several matches Ibra was all over the pitch doing all sort of crazy things. And he did it well too. Barça put a leash on him at the end which just made him not care anymore.

@doneliito inter win the champions league, serie A and supercup with eto while ibra does ok in la liga but then loses his place to bojan towards the end of the season and then shipped off to AC milan at end.... think eto wins this one hands down

Eto is a better all out stricker, ibra is the better all-round player wit better dribbling, creativity and vision. But in barca where you have the likes of messi xavi and iniesta ibra doesnt have as much freedom with the ball so was never going to be as effective as he was in inter. Eto fitted perfectly with the barca style of play with his speed, ability to get behind the defence and his prolific finishing. Just look how eto is bangin in the goals now he has been given a more central position
