I'm doing the same thing as you with changing character models. But there is one problem. I try to change the models of the nano guys in first misson in aircraft I can't select of these guys. Help

That's because editing them is disabled. Look at the rollup bar to the right. Now on the right of that rollup bar you'll see stacked squares. Click on that and you'll have a list of different things which make up the level. (Music, rocks, sound effects, AI navigation, etc.).
You'll see one called cine_intro or something. Click on the box to the left of that line to edit everything in that section. Good luck :)

I used the Editor, which is found on the Crysis disc.
Then I just changed the models of the fighter and the marine talking to you. Then I added a Kyong and made him loop an animation :)
Just search "Sandbox 2 manual"
