POSSIBLE VOTER FRAUD? This is an unmanipulated video of the Oprah Winfrey show broadcast on Wednesday, October 27, 2010 over KCRA television, Sacramento, CA. Our TV signal is received via Dish TV and the original recording is on our DVR. I don't know how to transfer the DVR recording to my computer, so I shot this video of the Oprah show segment from our DVR recording with my Sony Cybershot camera.
On Wednesday, Oprah was interviewing Jane Fonda and after returning from a commercial break, the interview continues. 1:33 back into the interview (which is old film of a Jane Fonda interview many years ago), With no announcement or any other stated reason, the screen switches to a graphic of KCRA's Election results for California Insurance Commissioner. It should be noted that the graphic which was displayed for 15 seconds (at 1:08 of my video) says " Statewide Results Reporting: 100%". The graphic shows Dave Jones winning with 5,327,591 votes; a 59% share: Mike Villines with 1,892,128, 20% of the vote; Clay Pedersen, 951,500 for 10% and William Balderston, 465,456, 5% or the vote. The screen then goes black for 14 seconds and then returns to the Oprah show without any comment.
We find this extremely curious, as the election will not be held for six days on Tuesday, November 6, 2010. Is the election for California Insurance Commissioner already decided? What other election results have already been decided?
Voter Fraud in California? how can that be ?

I recorded the same show, via Comcast Cable in Stockton (YouTube: CA Insurance Commissioner Voting Results - Prior to Election). I agree this looks very suspicious...like the results are predetermined. All the network has to do is show something like early in the election and it could greatly influence the outcome, discouraging voters from coming out and voting for their candidate if it looks like they have no chance of winning.
