Squirrel Boy was a show on the Cartoon Network in the mid-2000s. It was created by Everett Peck, the creator of Duckman, and featured Richard Horvitz of Invader Zim and Angry Beavers fame as the voice of the title character.

That's all I know about this program, but I know for one that if you're watching this you might remember it.

Squirrel Boy is the property of Turner and all other groups. By the way, is it just me or does it seem like any cartoon character with the J middle initial was inspired by Jay Ward? Ever since Bullwinkle J. Moose and Rocket J. Squirrel everyone's been using that initial for their characters.

  • Stupid Cartoon Network took this great show off the air to make room for newer shows that are pointless and stupid. Squirrel boy is currently airing ....... nowhere it was removed completly. R.i.p. squrell boy may 27, 2006- sept. 27, 2007

  • @Atheneastro

Well I guess it was "OK" but I still think its a bit odd, the style of the show Is what I mostly found odd

  • @HectorKatTuts I thought it was OK.

  • Well, that may have something to do with a pic in DevArt where Andy finds Rodney DEAD, having hanged himself from a tree limb. The caption may be from the show's opening lyrics.

"OH, what a great thing to be

a squirrel up in a tree."

  • I liked this show.

  • @BubsyThebobcat Still mid 2000's, after 2005, I still liked the show, best 2006 show I've seen

  • something about rodneys voice just irritates the hell out of me.

  • @HectorKatTuts not necessarily, it was worse. it had everything that was bad. the characters were generic, the character development, or how they changed thru the series, was suckish, way too confusing and contradicting even to Ren and Stimpy standards. it was so bad, it's said the maker fled the country to avoid more compaints from the show. this was not Cartoon Networks first bad show, but it is widely considered one of the top 3.
