How to Make a Basic Single Handmade Bow. The demonstration uses three yards of yellow satin starched ribbon that is two-and-a-half inches wide (#40), although this demonstration would teach you how to make a basic single bow by hand with ribbon of various materials, widths, lengths, and colors. These are the bows that we use to attach to wreaths, garlands, centerpieces, swags, potted plants, and a variety of other floral arrangements. Learning how to make your own professional crafter's quality bow like this can save you money and gives you a better quality than basic machine-made bows that you can buy off the rack in a retail store. Feel free to look through our other videos here on YouTube and also on our website, www.keensfloral.com.
