His suppose to be the best cocktail bar tender in Japan, the inventor of the Ginza hardshake and he has his own bartending school. Apparently it takes 4 years to finish and in the first year, all you get trained is measuring the exact quantity of alcohol by free pour. His won many awards as well. Sorta cult idol in bartending
