I admire you for continuing the videotaping at some point AFTER the attack (presumably after you regained your composure -- I can't imagine the shock and trauma that man caused).
What did the attorney's say to you after it was over? Did they come to your aid in the attack?

sorry what i dont get it - he got mad and kicked the stand thingy - which hit "momma" on the head - they run out and call an ambulance...
so what the fuck is the problem?! it was his own fault for kicking the stand like that, yeah he was pissed off but thats no way to help the situation is it?
then to kick out at the camera guy? although i think i would be pissed off with him - why the fuck is he sat there DOING NOTHING?! instead checking the tapes still rolling... what a wanker.

The only explanation for the mask I can come up with is that the fellow has some strong religious convictions regarding "graven images". I've heard this belief is still prevalent today in parts of the south.

I was actually the videographer on this deposition. It took place at Lorance & Thompson law firm in Houston, Texas. It was the first depo I was taping by myself after training. I was always taught not to stop taping for any reason until the attorney said "let's go off the record"! Linda the large African American woman was later found guilty for 7 counts of insurance fraud. Alton her husband was found guilty of assault on me and spent 2 days in jail. No other charges were ever filed.
