I was sued wal mart in delaware I won... last oct 2004 I was work my dept manager "Hostle" for deaf I got award 4 time but it is not give more money and hard work for my responsible for wal mart and they used me...you should know the newspaper twice time in delaware..wal mart not treat to worker that is terrible.

Hey this is the free market in a free country ( sort of ). No one is FORCED to work @ Walmart if it sucks DON'T WORK THERE ! I thought about it one summer in college, I received an offer and ultimately declined it.
Last December, Walmart announced that it would settle 63 class action lawsuits alleging that Walmart violated wage and hour laws by forcing employees to work off the clock, and skip lunch and other breaks. While Walmart announced the total settlement would be somewhere between $255 million and $640 million, depending on how much Walmart ends up paying in each of the 63 cases.
What makes people upset about Walmart is how they cheat employees of the pay and benefits they deserve, while the people at the top of that corporation earn millions. Shame on Walmart!

I worked there while I was in college and no they do not cheat their employees of the pay and benefits.
As far as the executives getting a bigger chunk of the pie... that applies to all corporations.
