One of my favorite Thailand snakes - the mangrove snake. These are not to be confused with the mangrove pit vipers - different entirely.

These snakes are big biters, they bite often. They are stunningly beautiful in person too after a shed.

These snakes are rear-fanged venomous snakes that can cause strong local infection and problems, but overall they are not considered deadly snakes - unless you are allergic to the venom, of course.
