Lance, the final Elite Four member specializes in Dragon Pokémon. He is best known to be an expert on Dragon-types. His cousin is a gym leader in the Johto region. He is also well known for having "impossible to beat" Pokémon. He battles with two Dragonair, a Gyarados, an Aerodactyl, and a Dragonite. A tough team to beat.

@thatothercoolkid First, get rid of Moltres and Mewtwo. Legendaries won't help your team at all. Second, replace Paras with something else that can use cut. That should be pretty easy, considering tons of Pokemon can learn that move. Also, you should try to level your Pokemon out some more. Having your Machoke at level 42 and your Blastoise at level 71 leaves a big disadvantage on Machoke's part.
