The National Defense Authorization Act, NDAA FY2012, Bill #1867, will allow the indefinite detention and torture of Americans. No rights to a lawyer, a judge or courts. First came the Patriot Act which allowed wiretapping without a judge order, then we got three trillion dollars worth of funding for Homeland Security dictatorial Nazi like controls and now this total usurpation of human rights all of which would make our founding fathers roll over in their grave. That fact both the Republicans and the Democrats voted for the unholy "Indefinite Detention Bill" the "National Defense Authorization Act" just proves both American political parties are card carrying members of the Anglo American power elite who want to rule over us in an Orwellian "Big Brother" nightmare right out of George Orwell's futuristic book "1984."

There goes more of our Constitutional (the Sixth Amendment gets whacked this time) rights usurped by the powers-that-be demigods. In this case, our elected representatives - who think their excrement doesn't stink - didn't even listen to their constituents or think this through. It's totally Nazi! Hitler would be proud. If you demonstrate or protest you go to prison.

Obama says he will sign the bill. President Obama, a Marxist morphing into a Nazi, has finally brought about change to America, but it's unfortunately totalitarian as the evidence is incontrovertible that he is part of the one world government collectivist conspiracy which wants to be emperors, kings, lords and pharaohs and make all the rest of us slaves (and now prisoners in gulag style work camps).
"We as Americans have a right to a speedy trial, not indefinite detention," said Sen. Mark Kirk (R-Ill.). "We as Americans have a right to a jury of our peers, which I would argue is ... not enlisted or military personnel sitting in a jury. You cannot search our businesses or place of business or our homes without probable cause under the Bill of Rights."
"You cannot be deprived of your freedom or your property without due process of law, and that, I would say, is not indefinite detention," added Kirk, who voted for the bill. "I would actually argue that no statute and no Senate and no House can take these rights away from you."They point to court rulings that have found detentions of citizens to be proper. But opponents say the issue of grabbing up Americans on U.S. soil and putting them in military detention without trial has never actually been tested by the Supreme Court.
"This provision would for the first time in American history require our military to take custody of certain terrorism suspects in the United States," said Durbin, who was especially concerned with two sections of the bill -- 1021 and 1022 -- and voted "no."
He argued -- citing FBI Director Robert Mueller's opposition to the provisions -- that there was no reason to mess with a system that has worked well since Sept. 11, 2001.

  • @Challan333 : History has a nagging habit of repeating itself, probably due to boredom; or the dead still getting administered drugs to cure them - " Trying to present an argument to those that will not listen is like giving medicine to the dead. ". - Thomas Jefferson

  • _***Senator Mark Kirk (R) is actively seeking that Poland be included in the list of nations that participate in the Visa Waiver program.........Kirk argues that this will be a boon on Chicago's tourist economy since Chicago is home to the largest concentration of Poles outside of Poland. Chicago is also home to the largest concentration of Poles who came here on tourist visas& never returned to Poland._____ THE REPUBLICAN MESSAGE: ::ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION IS OK AS LONG IT HELPS YOU GET RE-ELECTED
