Two rare bronze sculptures that disappeared from China nearly 150 years ago, and demanded back by Beijing, sold for millions Wednesday as an auction of art works owned by the late fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent. (Feb. 26)
Do you know how many Chinese people the Anglo-Franco alliance killed and raped in an attempt to force opium into China? It is the dignity of the people, a nation, not that some vain materialistic person who follows fashion trends can understand...carrying flashy LV bags and Channel perfumes while a kid dies of hunger every 8 seconds. what a wonderful world it is! You should be given a lesson...WWJD
I have an honest question to ask you, sir. If China is every bit as wealthy and developed of a nation as any of the first world countries, do you think that there will be as much, if any Chinese counterfeits? Isn't it the capitalist economy you praise that made them this way? Those of you who live a relatively wealthy life are able to do so because your Western companies are reaping the poor lives of developing countries off the profit made by unfair trades. think about it.
yeah, after slaughtering and raping to push Opium(a modern day equivalent is Heroin) trade to China. To put it in today's context, It was like some street gang forcing you to buy drugs by pointing a gun at you. You don't want the Heroine? you get a bullet in your head!
its funny how chinese talk about shame... a concept that seems to be foreign to them when over the last 50 years they have stolen and copied every single concept, ideas and intellectual property from the west. They steal Billions worth every year by spying, copying and manufacturing the west designs, industrial property and making cheap and dangerous versions that they try to sell back to the west.
