The Japanese security ship Shonan Maru No. 2 deliberately rammed and caused catastrophic damage to the Sea Shepherd trimaran Ady Gil. Maritime experts agree the Shonan Maru No. 2 suddenly started up and deliberately rammed the Ady Gil ripping eight feet of the bow of the vessel completely off.

i was watching a show where American scientists wanted to do research on whales... so they used a dart gun that took a skin sample the size of a pencil eraser, and from that they knew everything about the whales' health, age, diet, sex, growth rate, weight, and most importantly, mercury levels! So if the japs need to kill 900 every year just to learn of ONE item (diet) then how skillful are their scientists?

My gawd, how can the Japanese Fishing Ministry look at themselves when no one is around? There is AMPLE video PROOF that The Ady Gil was idle.

The world should condemn Japan for the outright blatant LIES they are telling not only about the sinking of the Ady Gil, the lack of DEMOCRATIC equality in Japan (ie Capt should have also been prosecuted for sinking of AG), but for the blatant lies about for-profit whaling in the name of (BS) research!

There's a "loophole" in the international anti-whaling law. A country is allowed to kill some for scientific purposes, so the Japs are pretending they actually need NINE HUNDRED dead whales EACH YEAR for science research!
