Occupy Indianapolis and hundreds of Union workers protesting right to work shame ABC's president out of our state capitol building.

No one should be forced to join an organization and pay a fee as a requirement for being employed. Also, no one has a "right" to a job. The only rights you have are life, liberty, and property - because these require no imput from anyone else. Saying that someone has a "right to a job" is saying that someone must employ them. That someone then loses some of their liberty and property to maintain your supposed "right" to a job.

bbbtlh: people do have the choice to be in a union why else would they send in an resume or fill an application to be hired? Because they know they will get more rather then a non union company. i worked for non union company and got out b/c of no benefits. now im a union boilermaker and proud to pay dues. your just jealous because you were never qualified for a skill craft. your jealous of our wages and benefits that we have and the protection that you dont have with a non union company.

This is incredible. The unions serve no purpose anymore. This type of harrasment and thinking lacks any credibility.

Typical union BS! This type of harassment is exactly WHYIndiana needs to be a right-to-work state! No worker should be forced to join these union thugs. Let the worker make up his/her own mind if they want to join a union.If the union thugs treat this guy this badly in front of a law enforcement officer, imagine what they do to people who don't have someone there to protect them.Aside from riff corruption, unions are bankrupting companies left and right. Just ask American Airlines and Hostess!

I've always had a right to a job, its called filling out a job application. Have any of the naysayers read about right to work? It only benefits giant corporations who will line their pockets off the backs of the working class. 14 trillion dollars in debt, no constitutional rights, is this really the country you want your kids to inherit?
