How to Do the City Boy Dance

This is a dance move that guys can do with the girls. Since it's very basic, you can show off your personality through it by adding your own style to it. The girls' version is somewhat similar to the guys', but with more butt movement.

During the city boy, make sure to keep your knees and hips loose.

Part 1: Legs

With your knees bent, move your pelvis in and out. Slowly bend your knees further, moving down, then slowly unbend them, moving back up.

Part 2: Arms

Swing your right shoulder forward, swinging your right forearm to the left across your body. As you swing it back, start turning your body slightly to the left. Swing your left shoulder, swinging your left forearm to the right across your body. Repeat.

After you've practiced both of these moves, do them simultaneously. Once you've gotten this basic move down, you can start to personalize it, incorporating more movements and loosening it all up. Feel free to include your head, hands and feet. You can also turn, bounce or  extend or contract your movements.
