it seems this isn't about child abortion at all! it's about a kid, maybe with asthma riding on a bike, going way too fast down a hill and well... his mother continues to buy comic books and the like, as if he were alive, and his father makes him toys. he sees them from the sky, thinking about him sadly, when he reassures him that he's fine and comfortable with being dead, and not to worry or think of him.
