Thanks for the nice messages people have sent. It's now been almost 2 months and Jack is now back to a healthy weight (9.2 lbs - he used to be 10 lbs). He's on meds and subcon fluids regularly, but doing really well.

My cat was at the vet hospital for 8 days and didn't eat much when he was there because of being scared and depressed.When I came to pick him up he was so under weight that I got scared,On the first day back he slept on my thigh and was so small that I myself was depressed.But he regained his weight again.He was so glad to see me and his home again after the hospital that It made me happy.

He is on medicated food but is healthy and happy.

My Misty will be 17 in may too, he was diagnosed with CRF 6 months ago but it has been caught very early, and with his meds he's like a kitten again
