This is a karaoke version of the radio version. They chopped about a minute and a half out of it to shorten it for air play. That doesn't make it right, but it is what it is.

why take the liberty of correcting somebody elses artistic work. I really enjoyed the first piano solo and it was a variation from the original, but cutting entire verses? I was so close to saying "the story doesnt matter, this song is too long" but thats not your or my call to make. if William Joel thought the song was too long, he would have cut it.
