Congrats on another great week! Thanks for the info on the yogurt. Where did you get it?? I don't think I've ever seen it here ;( Hope your visit with your sister, nieces and nephews went well!!!!

It is absolutley yummy. I love the yogurt. But I have been eating it a couple of times a day for a week now. I love it, but I would love to be able to eat some non-sweet, hot food. Well I'm about to have another one for lunch...

omg... thank you sooo much for letting us know about that yogart. i cant find ANY thing with less the 11-15 grams of sugar. guess i will be going to kroger tonight.

Yep, I couldn't believe it only had 3 grams of sugar. And its really yummy too. Let me know iof you like it.
