where can i buy the type of weight vest in this video? the one that weighs 50 lbs and has the 2 shoulder weights that weigh 12.5 lbs each.

after i graduate college, I want to be a firefighter.. i have a question about the cpat stair climb. Does the instructor push a button that will make the equipement go at 60 steps per minute and you just have to walk that???

This video gives pretty decent thought as to how you train for the CPAT at home. Some folks do not have a gym around. Your right, this is set for rural America, but dont know the video. I found it informal and it gave me some good ideas for when I was training for the CPAT.

This does not give the CPAT a good name. This video is so far from the truth. Theres to many breaks and not real apparatus to test with. Go to HB,CA and try the BIDDLE. I respect these FF but this video is rural America... HAS TO BE..
