It would have been better if you had the teleprompter closer to the camera. That way, when you looked at it, you would appear to be looking at the camera. Also, you seemed to divide your attention between the audience, the computer you used as a teleprompter , and the camera. Was this speech intended to be for the camera or for an audience before the camera? I felt that with a little more preparation, it could have seemed more natural.

Your speech had a good topic and its content was pretty good. The framing of the shot was also good considering the fact that you only had one camera. The fact that it was specifically written and performed for television ensured that this video would be of good quality. The video of the speech was actually better that the speech performed live.
