Firefly Samba

A slightly adapted version of Winifred Atwell's arrangement, due to the lack of rhythm accompaniment.

(This piece should be played on a fully tuned Grand Piano. Unfortunately I only have my 70yr old upright!)

Mate, that was incredible.. your welcome to play at mine anytime ( I have a tuned grand) But frankly the fact your piano has that 'out of tune' sound, adds exceptional character and transports listeners back to a time when the pianey would have most probably sounded like that in the era of ragtime.

Thanks for posting this song. Somebody had posted Wifred Atwell playing it but the sound quality is poor. I like the song and not easy to find. You play it well.

One, I HAVE TO learn this piece. Did you learn it by ear or did you use sheet music? If it was sheet music do you know where to find it online?
