Cloud Cover: East Meets West

Hope you enjoy this collection of original photographs and music. One year ago, a new friend found me on YouTube and his name is Jon Bergevin of Bergevin Brothers Music of "Fired Up Ready To Go" fame. Over the past twelve months, I had the opportunity to produce several Obama tribute videos using music written and produced by Jon and his brother Joe. Along the way, it was easy to encourage them to keep writing and producing songs and compiling an album -- Seven Songs for America and One for the World -- to which I contributed jacket notes. In the fall, I was inspired to put together many of my favorite seagull and cloud photographs. Jon was nice enough to provide me with an original piano piece. I call it "Cloud Cover: East Meets West" because the Bergevins live and work just outside Seattle, Washington, while I live, work and play in a quiet spot just South of Boston, Massachusetts, in the Rexhame section of Marshfield. Some day, I hope we will meet but in the meantime it's nice to know that creative teams do find each other and exist on the Internet. Originally, I had intended to produce this for sale and eventual broadcast in places like hospital broadcast stations, but continuing health issues have stalled the project.
