Mustkillroy Talbain-MUGEN 4: She-Ra

Jon Talbain has a new mission: fight leaders of other MUGEN teams! First on his hitlist is the commander in chief of Team Light of Hope, She-Ra!

She-Ra is made by Hystalin and RyouWin, and is the leader of JagwarKnight's team. Ironically, Talbain is also a member of that team. Unlike some of RyouWin's creations, She-Ra is not broken. However, she does spam her light beam attack occasionally. She definitely has an AI, but it wasn't too much of a problem for me to defeat her.
