  • Sorry dude Hollandaise is a lite mustard yellow color and eggs should be fluffy in the poach. I thought you were a chef. You didn't cook a dam thing...what you did is not cooking.

  • sure jimmah, you seem experienced as hell.. you should know..

  • Doesn't look good. hollandaise sauce should never be stored. Those eggs look awful.. and the yolks look white.

  • The most beautiful Egg Benedict I've ever seen in my life!!!!!!! And I've been to number of places for brunch including the County Club. Nothing comes close....
