Its not rabies its just a seizure my dog does that too from time to time its nothing that is Harmful to anybody because the animal is a Trancelike statte it can only hurt itself if its in a harmful enviorment like on top of a tree or in a road when it happens

Not to sound mean or anything but you should've called animal control so they could've just humanely euthanized it that way he didn't have to suffer anymore.With symptoms like that,it's the best thing you could do.People will think your nuts taking a rabid/distempered/poisoned racoon to a vet who most likely don't take in wildlife or you could've just called wildlife and be like "Hey there's a sick racoon out here,it really needs to be taken out of here for it's safety and the safety of humans."
