@Martins DIdier & @damon anderson: A lot of starting bigs in the NBA don't jump: Zach Randolph, Tim Duncan, Nikola Pekovic, Nikola Vucevic, Greg Monroe. These players are not good leapers (and by the way the impact of many good leapers bigs is seriously overrated IMO). He just been measured 6'11" in shoes with a 7'4" wingspan at the nike hoop summit, only time will tell but I think he will be just fine

i don't even understand what his problem is: he just can't jump. is it muscular? ankle flexibility? or psychomotricity issue? he just doesn't jump. i don't see how he can make it to the higher level if he doesn't.

@papisjump glitch mob. @ Petar Bevanda... Totally agree. In the NBA explosive jumping does matter. He has great length and box out instincts but looks a couple steps slow athletically. Probably NBA material but rotation player

In addition, Vincent Collet (Strasbourg's Head Coach, French National Team Head Coach) is a top coach, known to play youngsters; he was the one who started Nicolas Batum in Le Mans and anybody who follows the NBA knows how good he is turning out to be today.

he should be drafted in the first round but play in another French team in the first league (pro A). The national team coach also is the coach of the very strong Strasbourg team and has expressed his intention of signing him for next year (Strasbourg could win the title this year, which would mean Euroleague participation next season) .

He definitely isn't ready for the NBA but with one more year in Pro A after this season in pro B would be the way to go.
