@MichaelopticZ The whole idea is to warn you to get your attention back on the road, not drive for you. Infiniti's system will just make people more careless since "the car will keep me in my lane".

Infiniti is the one that invented these technologies, not Mercedes. Infiniti's lane departure is a greater design than Mercedes anyways. The one on the benz only warns you. The one on Infiniti not only warns you, but also applies the brakes on the oppposite side to pull you back into the lane. Infiniti has been having this tech since 2003, so it's nothing new.

Well I was driving alog to go pick up somthing totally dumb and worthless because i drive a Benz, Some moron in a crap car pulled in front of me on the highway so my car stopped me sooner than i could and then I got rear ended. I then sued the person who rear ended me. (thats what this commercial always makes me think about)
