2 all those haters and pro-death-penalty-people: just inform urself about the case of mumia and the FACTS, that were brought to his case...and i don´t mean things like: he had a gun, there were no bullets in there, so he is the murderer of faulkner (r.i.p.)...i mean facts like: he has been shot, lying on the ground, but shot faulkner from above (sic!)...???? and always ask about, why america hasn´t killed him yet, if he is as guilty, as they want to tell us....................

Do you realize how many times this case has been scrutinized at every level by every conceivable variant of juris prudence?
